  • Bookkeeping and other accounting tasks, on an electronic platform;
  • Monthly bank reconciliation and production of financial reports upon request;
  • Production of year-end financial statements, in collaboration with a CPA, for tax returns, in preparation for a General Annual Assembly, to respond to requests from potential buyers, etc.;
  • Development of a monthly cash flow budget and annual budget by fund, based on the recommendations contained in a contingency fund study;
  • Maintainenance of the syndicate’s maintenance logbook history to ensure compliance with the requirements of the law;

Organize

  • The Syndicate’s information system on a cloud-based electronic platform, allowing board members quick access to data at all times;
  • The creation or upgrade of accounting systems;
  • The processes required for proper office administration;
  • The preventive maintenance system, including a logbook by component (history of interventions, specifications, instructions, etc.), to comply with Bill 16 on co-ownership.
